These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you received the item damaged in the mail, we either resend the same item or refund if we are unable to find the exact item due to stocks availability.
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send us the product photo for verification and send the product back and, we'll refund your money.
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know, and we'll send you a replacement. (Email: email@example.com)
Otherwise, please return the defective product to us as we need it to claim against our manufacturers. Please send us the photo to prove this is your purchased item, and we will send you the return address. We do not accept any return without getting the return address and photo verification.
We are unable to accept incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error. Lastly, we do not accept returns and refunds/resend for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly (address error by the customer).
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to refund because the customer has a change of mind.
There will be no exchange, no refund if the item was sent correctly, based on your purchase order details that you placed during the checkout process. Therefore, we strongly urge customer to email our support within 12 hours if they want to change the order before we process your orders. If the customer insists on a replacement of the item, the customer will have to bear the shipping fees and to pay for a 20% Restocking Fee for the said item.
Other items other than the above: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you received the item damaged in the mail, we either resend the same item or refund if we are unable to find the exact item due to stocks availability.
Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.
Mandatory: For all returns, the original product packaging and price tags must be returned along with the item. If not, the return will not be accepted.
RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%
All our canvas are custom made and built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.
The holding period before any orders goes into production status is normally 24 hours.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the product you got from us is FREE, you have to pay for your shipping & handling and our returns policy DOES NOT APPLY, which means you are unable to return the product to us.
We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If you need to change the order details, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after your purchase and, we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.
If the items(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfilment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our customer service, and we will exchange it for the correct item.
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money.
The 1-year warranty that you have purchased from Artlandtis will be insured for ONLY 1 year. You can only claim a one-time warranty your broken item within 1 year starting from the day you received the item.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $70, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
